How to use
Put 40g of barley in a tea bag and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes with 1L of water. Stop the fire and leave it for about 5 minutes. Once it is finished, transfer it to a heat-resistant container, then it is ready to serve. (If you do not have a tea bag, please use tea strainer when transferring to a container)
