Our company is located at Aichi Prefecture, the birthplace of white soy sauce as well as the famous Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu. 80 years since our establishment, we have always kept the traditional method in making white soy sauce.
With no artificial coloring, this sauce allows dishes to stand out with a gentle taste and aroma. Wheat from Aichi prefecture and traditional sea salt are used as raw material and traditional wooden pails is used for brewing.
