How to use

① Cook with rice
Our recommended barley to rice ratio is 1 : 4. Mix them and cook with a rice cooker.
② Use as toppings
Add barley to boiling water and boil for around 15 minutes. Rinse with running water, then serve with salad or soup as topping.
