Eel from Aichi Prefecture. Sauce used is without any additives including chemical seasoning, colouring agent and preservatives. Compared with our NB products, we cut 40% of both salt and sugar and grill deliciously using Japanese sake.

How to use
Take the eel out from the packet and put it on a dish, then reheat it before serving. Lay it on top of rice in a bowl to make "Una Don", or chop it up to make "Hitsumabushi", or even add it to egg roll to make "Umaki".
