Sanshu Mikawa Mirin

We use only 3 ingredients namely glutinous rice, rice koji and authentic rice shochu when producing our delicious drinkable mirin. "A liter of rice for a liter of mirin" is our promise and it is also the traditional luxurious brewing method. Moreover, all glutinous rice used are specially cultivated rice with reduced pesticide use.

How to use

It is possible to use our mirin for sweets and drinks as well as general Japanese food. There are many ways of using it, for example serve with vanilla ice cream, tea, rehydrate dried fruit, use in bread baking and so on.
